The Bel-Air subdivision is part of the Town of Brighton, located just outside Rochester, New York, in the county of Monroe. It has 437 homes, and is located between the major arteries of Winton Road, Highland Avenue, and Monroe Avenue, which form a triangle and allow easy commuting to Rochester and other parts of Monroe County. The subdivision is only a few miles from major universities, colleges, and hospitals such as the University of Rochester, Monroe Community College, Rochester Institute of Technology, Saint John Fisher College, and Strong Memorial Hospital.  Also close by are many parks, including Cobbs Hill Park and reservoir.
